During my time at Inmar Intelligence, We had the chance to refresh an existing EBT portal to make it more user friendly and to focus on a few key features, namely the ability to login securely using an email, check an existing balance balance easily and quickly, and to report a card lost or stolen. My team was tasked with handling the web interface.
